Our order confirmation and bill will arrive within seven to 10 days from the date of your order. Payment is due 21 days from the order date. Publishers of daily newspapers normally begin service in three to four weeks.
The NEA Magazine Service can only accept orders from members who live in United States ZIP codes because the educational discount is not available when sending magazines overseas.
Contact the NEA Magazine Service via the NEA member-only toll-free number (1-800-YOUR-MAG). One of our experienced customer service representatives can contact publishers to extend any issues lost in the mail, combine incorrect duplicate issues into one account, correct expiration dates and solve just about any subscription problems you might have.
For weeklies, expect your first issue in three to six weeks. Monthlies and other titles published less frequently may take a few weeks longer.
