California Casualty has nurtured a culture of personal and corporate citizenship since the company’s inception The company established an annual award given to employees who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to excellence in both business activities as well as community involvement.

 

Volunteering in the communities in which we do business is firmly ingrained in our company heritage. For decades, employees have participated in myriad ways – they support a variety of school programs, paint playground equipment, fill the shelves of food banks and fulfill the wishes of children during the holidays. Our employees are regular participants in Daffodil Days, Heart Walks, Races for the Cure and blood drives.
