When will I receive my bill?

Our order confirmation and bill will arrive within 7 to 10 days from the date of your order. Payment is due 21 days from the order date. Publishers of daily newspapers normally begin service in 3 to 4 weeks.

How can I order a gift for someone who is not in the field of education?

Complete the order in the regular manner, but use your school information in the appropriate area.

Can NEA members overseas use the NEA Magazine Service for magazine orders?

The NEA Magazine Service can only accept orders from members who live in United States zip codes, because the educational discount is not available when sending magazines overseas.

Where do I call if I experience trouble with the delivery of my subscriptions?

Contact the NEA Magazine Service via the NEA member-only toll free number (1-800-YOURMAG). One of our experienced customer service representatives can contact publishers to extend any issues lost in the mail, combine incorrect duplicate issues into one account, correct expiration dates, and solve just about any subscription problems you might have.

How long does it take to receive my first subscription?

For weeklies, expect your first issue in 3-6 weeks. Monthlies and other titles published less frequently may take a few weeks longer.
