Expiration of Identity Theft Protection Program through LifeLock

This notice is to inform you that, effective 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, August 31, 2018, NEA Member Benefits (NEA MB) will discontinue offering LifeLock® identity theft protection.

NEA members who previously purchased LifeLock services through the NEA Identity Theft Protection Program will experience no impact from this change. At the end of their current LifeLock subscription term, Members can either cancel their subscription, renew their subscription, or modify their subscription at any time here, or by contacting Member Services at: 1-844-488-4540.*

  • What happens to member accounts after NEA MB has terminated its partnership with LifeLock?

    NEA members who previously purchased LifeLock service through the NEA Identity Theft Protection Program will experience no impact from this change during the remaining term of their subscription.

    Members who purchased their LifeLock protection plan on or before 05/29/2018, and who choose to renew their current LifeLock protection plan will continue to receive 10% discount on the lifetime of their subscription. However, if a member makes any plan changes, pricing thereafter will be dependent on their new plan.*

  • Where should members call if they have questions concerning their LifeLock membership?

    Members who have existing subscriptions to Lifelock can contact LifeLock’s customer service department at 1-800-416-0599.
