You can easily set up an NEAMB.com account by providing your name, email address, and home address.

Simply go to www.neamb.com/myaccount and click on the button to access your NEA Life / AD&D accounts. If this is your first time accessing the insurance portal, you will need to set up your account.

Payments

We recently updated the administration platform for our Life / AD&D Insurance Plans. The platform change brings a new self-service insurance portal that will help you manage your coverage, beneficiaries, and payments. As a part of this change, we need you to reauthorize your automated payments. By using automated payments, you will ensure that your coverage continues. By using automated payments, you will ensure that your coverage continues. We have created easy-to-follow instructions to assist you.

Yes, you can pay your premiums automatically from your checking account. You can set up the payments in one of these methods: online, through a mail in form, or via phone by calling NEA Insurance Operations at 1-800-523-5877. Your automatic payment will be complete about 15 days after we receive your payment information.

Yes, you can pay your premiums automatically using a credit card. You can set up your credit card payment either online, or by calling NEA Insurance Operations at 1-800-523-5877. Your automatic payment will be complete about 15 days after we receive your payment information.

Yes. You will need to set up automated payments for each policy that you have. When you have successfully set up automated payments you will receive an email confirmation for your records for each policy in which you have set up automatic payments.

The easiest way to set up your payments is through a mail in form, or by calling 1-800-523-5877.

No. Those who haven’t set up automated payments will receive paper billing statements.

Yes. You can call NEA Insurance Operations 1-800-523-5877 and provide your payment method (EFT, bank draft or credit card). Please note that this is a one-time payment. We encourage you to set up recurring payments to save you the worry of unintentionally missing a premium payment in the future.

Your automatic payment setup will be complete about 15 days after we receive your payment information. Due to timing, you may receive a paper bill in the mail. We recommend you check your account online to confirm that your premiums are set to automatic payment.

As long as your premium is paid, your insurance coverage will remain in force.  If you are having difficulty setting up reoccurring payments, you can submit payment by mailing a check or by calling NEA Insurance Operations at 1-800-523-5877.

If you mailed a form: Your automatic payment will be active about 15 days from the date your form is received. You will receive a confirmation letter that the automatic payment is setup. You can also check the status online to confirm automated payments are setup.  

If you set up your automated payments online: Your automatic payment will be active 15 days after you provide the information through the Insurance portal. You will receive an email within a couple of days confirming the setup of your automatic premium payment. The email will be from NEA Insurance Operations and the Subject Line will be “Thank You for Your Payment”.  If you don’t see the email, we recommend that you check your Spam or Junk mail folder. You can also check the status online to confirm automated payments are setup.

Once your automated payment information has been processed, your premiums will be paid automatically within the first six business days of the month.
