Q: Do you have discounts on laptops?

A: Yes! Look for Lenovo, Microsoft, Dell and many more top electronic brand names at the NEA Discount Marketplace. You can save with member pricing and also earn cash back when you shop.

Q: Where can I find discounted movie tickets?

A: Log into the NEA Discount Marketplace and click on the “Events and Activities” section. Under “Art and Movie Tickets” you’ll find listings for Fandango, Regal and more.

Q: How can I save on meals at restaurants near me?

A: We regularly offer Restaurant.com certificates through the NEA Discount Marketplace. Check back often to see what piping-hot deals we’re serving up to help you save on your next meal out.

Q: Where can I find magazine subscriptions?

A: Through the NEA Magazine Service you can save up to 85% on over 800 different magazines, such as Scholastic Teacher Magazine, People, Time, Smithsonian and Popular Science. You can even renew most magazines that were originally purchased through another source, as long as the NEA Magazine Service offers them.

Q: Do you have Disney teacher discounts?

A: Yes! You can book a Disney Cruise through NEA Travel: Cruises or save on hotel bookings and airfare through NEA Travel.

Q: Where can I find rental car discounts?

A: NEA members receive discounts at major car rental companies, such as Hertz, National, Enterprise, Avis and more, through NEA Travel: Car Rental.

Q: How do I find cheap plane tickets?

A: Log into NEA Travel: Airfare. Click on “Search for Flights” to search 400+ domestic and international carriers.

Q: How do I find hotel deals?

A: Log into NEA Travel: Hotels. Click on “Book a Room” and then enter your search criteria. You can filter the results by rating, price range and more.

If you’re new to NEA Member Benefits, you’ll need to register on our website to access your special offers. You may have a few questions as you use our site. Below are the three most frequently asked questions regarding using neamb.com.

Q: What is my membership number?

A: To request your membership number, contact our Member Advocacy Center at 1-800-637-4636, or through chat or email. A Member Advocate can verify your membership as well as provide your member ID number.

Q: I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?

A: To reset your password or retrieve your sign-in email, click Sign In and select the Forgot Password or Forgot Email Login links to retrieve your password or username. To retrieve your username, you’ll need to enter your first and last name, and your date of birth.

To protect your security, we automatically lock your account after several unsuccessful sign-in attempts. If your account is locked, you’ll need to reset your password in order to sign in.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: To reset your password, enter the email address you used to register, and we’ll send you an email with instructions to create a new password. Please note: Your existing password is disabled as soon as you click the button to reset your password. Please check your email for the reset password message to create a new password.
