The Program is available to members in every state and the District of Columbia subject to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Non-contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii) may have product shipping limitations beyond the control of Square Deal Market.

Eligibility Criteria

For a member to make a purchase under the Program, they must meet the following Eligibility Criteria at the time of each purchase:

  1. They must be a current member of the National Education Association and registered on neamb.com.
  2. The member must be at least 18 years old.
  3. If the member wishes to make additional pay-over-time purchases, they must have made all of their previous Square Deal Market payments on time.
