Affordable rates

Pay an affordable group rate based on your age, thanks to the buying power of 3 million NEA members.

Easy to apply

Acceptance is guaranteed for both you and your spouse or domestic partner over age 65 (subject to pre-existing condition limitations).

Flexible cash benefits

Choose to receive payments directly, or have them paid out to anyone you like, to pay for your recovery expenses.

How hospital insurance helps you even if you’re healthy

You eat right, exercise and are in great health. Here’s why you should still consider having extra insurance for hospital stays. The average cost of a hospital stay is over $14,000 (for ages 65-74).*
