Important Information
1. At age 80, home recovery benefits reduce to a maximum of 20 days per accrual year (one benefit period), and the maximum benefit is $4,000 for recovery benefits.
2. Hospital or skilled nursing stays pay up to $1,450 cash benefit for hospital and/or skilled nursing facility stays. You can collect $750 for your covered hospital or skilled nursing facility stay starting on Day One, an additional $500 if you’re there for 14 days, and an additional $200 if you’re hospitalized or in a nursing home for more than 31 days.
